Delivery and Shipping
When you place an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email (please check your spam folder too).
This contains important information, so please read it thoroughly, and make sure the address and order details are correct. It also explains how our delivery company will communicate delivery updates.
This is your invitation to hit REPLY and let us know any further details, such as:
YOUR PREFERRED DELIVERY DATE – if you have one. If we don’t hear from you, your order will be scheduled for the next available delivery day to your area. Most areas can expect delivery within 5 business days of placing your order. Please ensure that you allow up to 5 business days for delivery when placing your order. We generally won’t be able to deliver any earlier than this, but feel free to send us an email if you would like your meals sooner and we will advise if this is possible.
DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS – any instructions that you think will be useful for the delivery driver, please let us know ASAP. There are some limitations to what the delivery driver can do, especially given that some of our customers in the Northern Rivers may have challenging access to their property. If you think there may be potential access issues for our driver, please let us know ASAP.

Food Value over $200 = Free delivery to the Byron Bay, Lismore and Ballina shires.
Food value up to $200 = $10 delivery fee to the Byron Bay, Lismore and Ballina shires. Free delivery is available between Clunes and Bangalow only, as long as the minimum order requirement is met.
