DELIVERY

Our meals are all handmade in our kitchen in the Byron Bay hinterland. You can choose to either pick up from our Kitchen location in Clunes or there is a $6 delivery fee to the Byron Bay, Lismore and Ballina shires ONLY. At this stage we’re only able to deliver locally. When you place an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email (please check your spam folder too).

This contains important information, so please read it thoroughly, and make sure the address and order details are correct.  It also explains how our delivery company will communicate delivery updates.

Orders are delivered on Fridays ONLY. Please note that we require a minimum 3 business days notice for orders for that week, with order cut off for each week being Mondays at 5pm. Orders placed after this time will not be delivered until the following Friday. We generally won’t be able to deliver any earlier than this, but feel free to send us an email if you would like your meals sooner and we will advise if this is possible.

DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS – any instructions that you think will be useful for the delivery driver, please let us know ASAP. There are some limitations to what the delivery driver can do, especially given that some of our customers in the Northern Rivers may have challenging access to their property. If you think there may be potential access issues for our driver, please let us know ASAP.

Order Value over $150 = FREE delivery to the Byron Bay, Lismore and Ballina shires.

Order value up to $150 = $6 delivery fee to the Byron Bay, Lismore and Ballina shires.

FREE pick-up is available from our Kindred Kitchen location in Clunes NSW.
