Returns & Refunds Policy

If you are unsatisfied with any part of your order or the delivery service from Kindred Cooking Co, please reach out to us at feedme@kindredcookingco.com.

As we sell perishable goods, we ask that you check your order promptly after opening the box. If you are unhappy with any item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will happily replace or refund any item that does not meet our quality standards, or that has been damaged during transit.

If we have sent you an incorrect item, please let us know as soon as possible. We will arrange to send the correct item to you quickly and, of course, at no additional charge.

Please note that as our meals are made to order and are fresh and perishable, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
